How your sealed products get from our shelf to your door — and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Delivery

We ship nationwide through the Delyva courier network — J&T, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce and other major Malaysian couriers. Every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves our hands, and your tracking number appears on your order page once it ships.

In-stock orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment is verified. Pre-orders ship as soon as the product is released and arrives at our store.

Self-pickup

Prefer to collect in person? Choose pickup at checkout and skip the shipping fee entirely. Self pickup — we will WhatsApp you when your order is ready for collection.

Returns & refunds

We sell sealed products only, so our policy is built around keeping that seal intact. The terms below are our store policy and apply to all orders.

  • Damaged in transit: if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims require an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened — it is the only way we can verify transit damage, so please record one before you open anything.
  • Opened products:once a product's seal or shrink wrap has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This protects every customer from resealed stock.
  • Pre-orders:pre-orders are refundable as store credit any time before the product's release date. After release, the standard policy above applies.

To start a claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and your unboxing video. We will respond as quickly as we can — usually within business hours the same day.
